Frogg Marlowe and Jaycatt Nico booked!

Frogg Marlowe and Jaycatt Nico have officially been booked for August the 22nd at 4PM. They will be rockin' it out with all original music plus great covers of well known music.

Growing up just down the street from each other in Eugene, Oregon, a small northwestern town known for its arts

subculture, Frogg and Jaycatt (now roommates) only started playing music together after joining Second Life. Whilst Frogg was

hosting an open mic for the local music community, Jaycatt was working for a local utility company. Jaycatt discovered

SecondLife in June of 2005, and shortly afterwards Frogg joined him there and started playing

shows. Jaycatt began providing piano music breaks during Frogg's shows, but eventually these breaks

grew into longer sets, and that's when they began to collaborate.

Their regular Friday night performances have been running since July 2005, currently at Jaycatt’s venue ‘AmphibiCatt

Gardens’. The shows are extremely popular, and as well as having a large loyal fan base they entertain and delight the

live music lovers of Second Life, playing on average 6 live shows a week. Frogg and Jaycatt’s notoriety in SL has not

escaped the attention of the music industry and to date they have been interviewed by, amongst others, Rolling Stone

Magazine and MTV.

Their repertoire consists of mostly original material and a few selected covers. Frogg was a vocal jazz minor at college,

while Jay studied piano for 14 years, and together as singer/songwriters they have produced a comprehensive range of

heartfelt and memorable melodies and poetically lyrical songs. Musical influences range from Mannheim Steamroller, Simon

and Garfunkle, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, and even Frank Zappa.

Damian Cabernell Live!!!!

Damian Cabernell booked for the Grand Opening at 5pm SLT on August the 13th, 2009.

Damian is a songwriter, guitarist and vocalist streaming his music into SL from the center of the USA, Missouri. Damian has been hailed as "one of the best cover artists in Second Life", by Metaverse Music. The review goes on to add, "He doesn't imitate the song just like it's original, he makes it his own." "His original songs are just as good as the covers. If he didn't announce it as an original I would've thought it was a cover song too.."

A typical Damian performance might include Jason Mraz, Green Day, Jack Johnson , Bon Jovi, John Mayer, Rob Thomas, Sick Puppies, LifeHouse, Three Doors Down, Muse and so many others. His wide variety in music style is sure to please everyone.

TJ Oanomochi booked for the 14th of August!

TJ Oanomochi booked for Friday the 14th at 5PM for one of the most memorable live shows you will ever see! Join us at the Imperfect Angel to welcome one of SL's most beautiful voices.

TJ Oanomochi is an accomplished, world reknowned singer who has been fortunate enough to sing alongside and behind some of the best artists of all time. She recently finished touring with Chaka Khan and now tours exclusively with Lalah Hathaway and Rahsaan Patterson. She has also been featured on several well known recordings. Most notably, projects for Patti Labelle, Ron Isley and Michael Buble (Featured as a soloist on the track "That's Life" of his recent album, "Call Me Irresponsible.")

Alongside "Showtime At The Apollo's" Ray Chew, TJ has been featured on many television shows with some of the industry's finest perfomers. She was the lead background vocalist and managing director of the lead singers for NBC's "Singing Bee" and is the regular background singer/coordinator for major BET productions and award shows.

In 2004, TJ was offered a position in Japan singing for a major Amusement Park there. She performed at public and private functions for the park during the day, and played small jazz clubs at night. One chance meeting afforded TJ the opportunity of recording with several local musicians, one of which ended in TJ recording the song used as Japan's theme for the Olympics.

Maximillion Kleene was officially confirmed to be performing during the huge Grand Opening of Imperfect Angel on Thursday, August 13th, 2009 at 8pm SLT.

DJ Allura in a Bikini!

DJ Allura, one of the hottest DJ's on the planet, has agreed to come pump the party up on Friday, August the 14th, 2009 at 6pm. She and her lovely hostess will be throwing a "Best in Beachwear" party so make sure you come dressed to hit the pike.

SharonLee Windlow to perform Live!

Performance artist SharonLee Windlow has signed on to perform Live for the Imperfect Angels on August the 14th, 2009 at noon SLT. Ms. Windlow is an up-and-coming artist within the Second Live Universe with a lot of talent and skill.

"I started in Music at age 9 playing the guitar, by age 14 I was playing live performances at various venues around where I lived, country music the standby, with a few other genres tossed in. MY music guitar styles were finger picked styes, I still wont wuse a guitar pick today when I play.

High school band playing B flat trombone and brasses combined with 4 years of music training in composition and theory.

in 1984 - I discovered the power of the computer, using tracking software on an amiga and C64 PC. back then I uses reel to reel tape and really had only 4 or 6 tracks to work with. HArdware was Pysical back then, MIDI was new, I had asubtractor synth and drum machine in a rack. Nowaadays computers take the place of all that hardware no hardware racks are needed to make and perform music.

3 year at the Royal Conservatory of music, I studied music theory and compossition, and learned ot play the piano, and improved my classical guitar playing During this period with some performances held around VAncouver and via some religious groups on stage I graduated graduated from there in 1987 I have been writing music mostly as a hobby since then.

I currently have nearly 500 composed songs from trance to techno, primary genres I play with synthesis and a house beat and in some case just plain silly. All my music is custom and will never be heard anywhere except here in Second Life.

I compose music digitally using - Cakewalk , reason 4.0 and a sample tracker called madtracker. Music is keyed and played live in layers via duel channel output streams and Streamed in gamed in game at 128kbps for an amazing sound experience."

Original Spinnage by DJ Nicko

DJ-Nicko has agreed to come help continue the Grand Opening following Maximillion with a "Best in White" event on Thursday the 13th, 2009 at 9PM SLT. DJ-Nicko is a brilliant artist who has Mixed within his real life job since 2003. Nicko is an instructor at the Second Life DJ Academy and is well known for being one of the best within his field. Originality is his forte so therefore there is absolutely no place better for him to be performing. He will be spinnin' the greatest tunes out for the masses and establish Imperfect Angel as one of the most happening places to be.
